The Challenge
NoCo Spa & Aesthetics is a premium med spa in the upscale Norton Commons community of Prospect, KY — offering services from permanent makeup and fillers to laser treatments and skin services. The challenge: their online presence wasn't matching the luxury experience they delivered in person. They needed a brand that felt as elevated as their services.
The Approach
We built a complete brand identity — logo, color palette, typography — rooted in clean luxury and approachable sophistication. The website was designed to feel like stepping into the spa itself: calm, confident, and beautifully detailed. We built out a full service menu structure with clear navigation across their treatment categories, integrated their booking system, and set up a social media strategy to build their local audience in Norton Commons and beyond.
The Result
NoCo saw nearly 3x revenue year-over-year since opening in 2023 and became one of the most-recognized med spa brands in the Louisville area.
