The Challenge
Chad Graham had been practicing law in Louisville since 2008 — a dedicated personal injury and criminal defense attorney with a strong track record. But his digital presence didn't reflect his reputation. He needed a brand that projected authority, trust, and accessibility — especially to clients who were scared, injured, and looking for someone to fight for them.
The Approach
We started with the brand identity — creating a bold, no-nonsense visual system with a strong logo, confident typography, and a dark, authoritative color palette. The brand voice: direct, human, and a little gutsy. "WRECKED? INJURED? LAWYER UP." The website was designed to immediately address the client's emotional state — someone who just had an accident needs to feel heard and reassured, fast. We added professional brand photography of Chad and his team to bring humanity to a traditionally stiff industry. Spanish-language accessibility was also built in for the firm's bilingual reach.
